This project took inspiration from the iconic golden record launched into space, a hopeful message to potential extraterrestrial life about who we are. We were tasked with crafting a time capsule representing ourselves, with full creative freedom on the medium and context.

In response, I conceived 'Leftovers,' a unique concept envisioning a dinner that could greet the world 200 years from now. The concept went beyond merely listing ingredients; it included step-by-step instructions for preparing a meal as it would be in 2024. Additionally, it delved into our contemporary relationship with food, covering aspects like production, transportation, and culinary practices.
