This (very) short film was created as part of a school assignment, allowing us the freedom to choose our own storytelling subject. Inspired by my brother's profound love for his motorcycle. I crafted a narrative in which Stef, my brother, finds himself detained at school. Eager to ride his motorcycle, he imagines himself already seated on it, meticulously going through each step before releasing the clutch. As time slips away, he suddenly realizes that he is free to depart.

The project was captured using a Blackmagic Pocket 4k, edited in Premiere Pro, and color-graded in DaVinci Resolve. Exploring the node-based system of DaVinci Resolve for extensive color grading was a new learning experience.
